Cancelling Order
We are unable to cancel any orders once purchase has been made. If you would like a refund please email us at support@femvaults.com or via our contact form here and we will be happy to help.
Returns/Refunds
If you wish to return your item for a refund for what ever reason, please contact us via email: support@femvaults.com or via our contact form here and we will get back to you with information on how to do so within 24 hours. Please note we do not offer free returns and you will be responsible for paying for postal and packaging. If it has been over 100 days since your purchased, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect shipping address
We often have customers accidentally put in the incorrect shipping address. In this case we would not be able to refund you as we do not take responsibility for this. As a benefit of a doubt we can provide a generous discount if you wish to re-order with the correct shipping address.
